Currently drive a Jaguar F Type P300 which is a fantastic all rounder averaging 28mpg and no mechanical issues over the past 3 years. Hadn’t thought of changing until I saw the Emira and put down a deposit in July 2021 and hoping for delivery April 2023.

Our verdict on the Jaguar S-Type R. Don't be deceived by this Jaguar's sobre exterior. Underneath its smooth curves lies the heart of a sports car, albeit once boasting comfortable leather-covered seats and a decent sound system. One minute you can pootling around town, the next you can be attacking corners on a trackday.
Keep in mind that all maintenance will cost more simply because it's a Jag. Genuine Jag parts are very expensive. Further, while a Jag won't be as finicky as a Maserati, they can have their issues.
